Omega rich, full of healthy fats and proteins as well as feeling a bit naughty, this was fresh and tasty and just what the doctor ordered.

Instructions
  1. Slice the legal in half and toast.
  2. Peel and slice the avocado.
  3. Butter the bagel, spread the salmon and avocado over it, drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with black pepper.
