I love this simple, tasty breakfast. It was a real treat on New Years Day 2020!
Omega rich, full of healthy fats and proteins as well as feeling a bit naughty, this was fresh and tasty and just what the doctor ordered.

- 1 gluten free bagel
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 slice smoked salmon
- 1/4 Lemon juiced
- 1 pinch Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 knob Butter

Instructions
- Slice the legal in half and toast.
- Peel and slice the avocado.
- Butter the bagel, spread the salmon and avocado over it, drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with black pepper.
