Corporate Health & Wellness Workshops
I bring nearly two decades of corporate experience in London’s financial hub where I worked my way up from Receptionist to top tier Executive Assistant. The hours were long and the workloads heavy but I loved the hustle of working in corporate London and facing the unique challenges working in this environment can bring. There really is no place quite like London in the world and during this time I learned a lot more than how to do my job well. Providing Corporate Health & Wellness Workshops is, in part, my way of giving back to the invaluable life experience I gained within this sector.
However, it was during this time that I also faced some of my own personal health challenges. I had long term IBS and I struggled with low energy, weight fluctuations and hormonal changes. These are universal issues affecting employees regardless of their roles, income levels, or gender.
Prioritising your employees’ Health & Wellness means actively supporting and educating them on often overlooked and sensitive health matters, including mental health, gut health, and hormonal balance. At the age of 40, I changed over to a career in Health & Nutrition Coaching to assist individuals who sought a path to better health but didn’t know where to start. My focus centres on strengthening the immune system by nurturing the gut microbiome, improving gut health using a holistic approach that specialises in overall physical and mental well-being.
Optimal gut health is the cornerstone of well-being, with 70% of our immune cells residing there. By addressing gut health, we enhance immune resilience and alleviate symptoms associated with various conditions.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients facing a spectrum of health challenges, including IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) which includes Crohn’s, Colitis and Diverticulitis. Skin issues such as Eczema, Hives and Psoriasis. Breathing problems such as Asthma and Hayfever. Food allergies and intolerances. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME, MS, Thyroid issues Weight problems and Fibromyalgia.
Stress, Anxiety and Depression are often caused or exacerbated by issues within the gut. Every illness, virus and disease in the world stems from poor gut health. If your gut microbiome is not balanced and efficient, your immune system is compromised. If your immune system is compromised, your body has no protection. If you have no protection then illness and disease can grow and spread. True health always starts in the gut.
For this reason, my Corporate Health & Wellness Workshops revolve around gut health and natural dietary choices encompassing physical, mental, and emotional wellness. These workshops empower employees with simple swaps and lifestyle adjustments to reduce symptoms, boost energy, enhance well-being and promote workplace happiness.

In my Workshop Style, I actively engage with the group, deconstructing the selected topic into easily digestible segments. I make it a priority to allocate sufficient time at the conclusion of the workshop for questions and personalised discussions.
To accommodate the diverse needs of participants I include remote access options, which prove especially valuable to remote workers and those who may be unable to attend the event in person.
