I love berries and even when they are out of season I usually have a good stock in the freezer for when I feel I need a boost to the immune system. For this recipe I used Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Instructions
- Wash the fruit and run through your juicer.
- I used the milky plant machine (check my recommended products page) for this recipe which also adds pure fresh water for a longer drink, but you can use any juicer for a stronger more power packed flavour.
