These are so simple and therapeutic to make. You can feel the energy you put into each one and know you are going to get this back tenfold. You can make them into whatever flavour you chose but I opted for nice squishy sultanas in this recipe.

  1. Put the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir.
  2. add in the fat and syrup and combine. It should form a sticky ball that is easy to roll into a ball and keep its shape. If it still feels a little dry, add some oat milk (or your favourite dairy free milk) until you get the desired consistency.
  3. Roll into balls and lay out on a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Pop these in the fridge for a couple of hours to harden. Once they are set you can keep them for up to a week or freeze a few for future reference (separate them using greaseproof paper or using mini cupcake papers so they don't stick together when freezing).
