This recipe couldn’t be easier. I saw some gorgeous pears at my local farm shop and wanted to make somethign really special. This juice did not disappoint. Pears contain pectin, a soluble fibre which is known to help improve the symptoms of constipation. They are also high in Vitamins C and K, and Potassium, which helps to keep you healthy at a cellular level.

Pears are also a great staple for balancing diabetes and improving immune function. And with the addition of the ginger this juice is sure to please the tastebuds. You can make extra and this juice will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. If you can stop drinking it long enough!
