This is one of the easiest soups to make ever. And bursting with flavour and nutrients, perfect if you are in a hurry but need something filling.

  1. Wash and chop the celery into small chunks, roughly 1 - 2 cm in length.
  2. Add celery to pan of water and bring to boil.
  3. Crumble in the stock cube and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes until the celery is soft.
  4. Take off the heat, add into a mixer and blend until smooth.
  5. Add in the oat cream, stir and serve with fresh herbs.
