Instructions
  1. Wash and cook the Quinoa and let cool for 1 hour.
  2. Peel and grate the carrot.
  3. Wash and chop the herbs together.
  4. Mix the lemon juice, oil, salt and black pepper.
  5. Add all the ingredients together and serve.
