Sometimes I prefer a smoothie to a breakfast and when the sun starts shining I really like to utilise last years frozen berry’s to make this spring time smoothie. Full of antioxidants this gorgeous treat will help ego undo all the excesses of winter and it tastes amazing.
Also useful for recurring UTI’s as I add cranberry powder and berries are renowned for healing the bladder.

- 1 cup Oat milk
- 1 handful Berries I used raspberries and blackberries
- 1 tsp cranberry powder
- 1 tsp Cacao Powder
