- 95g Sweet Potato (chopped into chip size)
- 1 tsp Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
- Heat oven to around 200 degrees
- Cut a sweet potage into small wedge shapes on a baking tray and mix with 1 tsp olive oil and ¼ tsp cayenne pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 20 mins.
