I love this simple breakfast. Can easily be half prepped the night before and enjoyed hot or cold. Super simple and full of incredible B-vits, omegas and potassium to keep your bones and muscles strong and feed you brain.

  1. Soak the chia seeds in the cup of milk the night before. They will swell up and fill the cup so give them a stir before using.
  2. Soak the oats in water the night before. Again these will swell up and be nice and juicy to use for breakfast.
  3. Mash the banana.
  4. In the morning, grab the oats and chia seeds from the fridge, add them to a small saucepan on a low heat and add the mashed banana. You may want to add a little more water at this stage if the consistency is too thick.
  5. Heat and stir until you have reached the desired consistency.
  6. Can also be enjoyed unheated as a cold breakfast on a warm morning. Either way this tasty treat is nutritious and full of goodness to start your day!
