  1. Peel and chop the squash into small 1 cm cubes and add to a pan of boiling water.
  2. Peel and chop the zucchini and add this to the pan.
  3. Crush your garlic and add this into the pan.
  4. Add the spices and stir until cooked through. Should take around 15 - 20 minutes.
  5. When all the veg is cooked through, blend and add the lemon juice. Then serve with a sprig of Basil and a dash of black pepper.
