Ingredients
- 1 Butternut Squash
- 1 Garlic Clove (to taste)
- 1/2 Zucchini (peeled)
- 1/2 tpn cumin
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 pinch Rock salt
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 squeeze Lemon Juice
- 1 Basil Leaf

Instructions
- Peel and chop the squash into small 1 cm cubes and add to a pan of boiling water.
- Peel and chop the zucchini and add this to the pan.
- Crush your garlic and add this into the pan.
- Add the spices and stir until cooked through. Should take around 15 - 20 minutes.
- When all the veg is cooked through, blend and add the lemon juice. Then serve with a sprig of Basil and a dash of black pepper.
