fresh garden salad leaves

Cherry Tomatoes

Carrot

Avocado
sliced lengthways
1/4
Mozarella
or vegan cheese alternative
1/2
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1

Crushed Black Pepper
Instructions
Prepare the plate with the salad leaves.
Wash and chop the tomatoes in half.
Tear the mozzarella and place around the plate. Or use your vegan alternative (vegan soft cheese works well with this salad).
Slice the avocado lengthways and place around the plate like spots of a wheel.
Grate the carrot and add this as the centrepiece.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with black pepper.
