Sugar Is More Addictive Than Cocaine

Sugar is a con. The biggest con the 20th and 21st century has seen. They push push push sugar at us from every direction. It is a surprise there are any people in the world who aren’t ill to be honest with this continuous onslaught.

Every diet out there has calorie free sugars being recommended as a better alternative to refined sugars. Which are more than bad enough. Believe me. Sugar causes more than rotten teeth. It is inflammatory, acidic and most likely causing the majority of your IBS symptoms.

The good news is that the human race survived for 60,000 years before sugar was ‘discovered’ one wonders if we need it in 80% of our food right now? Considering the illnesses such as cancers, obesity, diabetes, tooth decay, heart disease and emotional issues linked to sugar and its over consumption.

None of this is your fault. But it is now time to wake up and smell the con. All they want is your money. Some confectionery companies are even owned by Big Pharma. trace back the money and have a look for yourself. You will be shocked. A lot of ‘health food stores’ are also under umbrella companies that can be traced back to the food industries that are making people ill enough to want to try supplements and health foods. And when you check the amount of sugars and new fake ‘healthy fruit sugars’ in their offerings you can see they are not really on your side either.

Stop wasting your money making yourself ill to then go and buy supplements (or worse, medications) to make you feel better when this is precisely what they want. This is their business model. They have all bases covered. They know you have a sweet tooth. Thats perfectly normal as the body doesn’t, indeed need simple carbs to function. However these simple carbs are better consumed in fruit and veg.

Save your money and save your health.

In trials, lab rats had increased ph (acidity) level in their guts and weight gain… whilst the FDA report ‘safe for human consumption’ of course they do, they’re being paid off…!

But surely all this controversy comes from somewhere? If you look into how much money is made from aspartame and what these people have to lose if it is ‘deemed dangerous to public health’ then of course these huge conglomerates will ensure that they squash any negativity around the product.

SUCROSE(normal white granulated sugar)

BROWN SUGAR

Brown sugar, is it better?

Well, yes. Even trace amounts of micronutrients (bits and minerals) are better than zero nutrients so if you’re going to use sugar, use natural brown, raw, sugars this Christmas.

I personally use Muscovado as it has the most beneficial nutrient quantity and I feel more confident in knowing that it’s as close to its raw state as possible.

At The IBS Coach I will teach you how to feed your body better and any chemically produced (interesting how both aspartame and saccharin were ‘discovered by scientists licking their hands. Gross’) has got to be bad for your body as we weren’t designed to ingest chemicals. Of any kind. Ever.
