I love this healthy drink. It has a gentle kick to it and really helps my digestion. Tastes great warmed up or straight out of the fridge for a little treat.
Filled with anti-inflammatory Magnesium, Vitamins A and B6 plus lots of Iron this really does pack a punch in terms of lowering cholesterol and inviting a healthy gut microbiome and ready in less than 5 minutes! I used pre cooked pumpkin left over from my Pumpkin pie for a lovely autumnal treat. Or you can cook some on a medium heat for 15 + minutes and then gently mash before you make your milk. Then the rest can be frozen for another day.

Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your Milky Plant (see my Recomended Products Page for more information) machine and press the button. Ready in less than 3 minutes.
- Don't have a Milky Plant machine? No problem, this can also be made using a food processor, Nutri-bullet, smoothie maker or hand held blender. Just add the ingredients and blend. Then strain through a muslin cloth for a smoother consistency.
